WHAT IS THE RCS-D™ DESIGNATION?
RCS-D™ - Real Estate Collaboration Specialist - Divorce™
This is a Designation, not a Certification, requiring successful completion of 9 hours of synchronous online coursework, 2 hours of BootCamp (free bonus, on demand content), and a mandatory live group Role-Play Session to perfect your Lawyer Presentation and jump start your success with the Divorce Real Estate Niche.
Because the mandatory group Role-Play Session is your live, oral exam, there is no additional written examination to earn the designation.
IS THERE A MEMBERSHIP COST? CE RENEWAL/FEES?
No. The on demand RCS-D™ Membership content is FREE, with no annual renewal and no CE requirement.
IS THERE A WRITTEN EXAMINATION?
No. Because the mandatory group Role-Play Session is your live, oral exam, there is no additional written examination to earn the designation.
IS THE RCS-D™ DESIGNATION ENDORSED? ARE CE HOURS OFFERED?
According to the Real Estate Educators Association, there is no "designation" or "certification" police. And the National Association of REALTORS only recommends courses it owns (an advertisement, not an endorsement).
The synchronous online 9 hours training is NOT offered for CE hours.
